For Cancellations:

• Please note that cancellations must be submitted via email.
• There is charges for cancellation made 45 days prior to departure date.
• The is a 25% deduction in tour fare charge if your cancellation made between 45 Days – 30 Days before departure date. The is a 50% deduction in tour fare charge if your cancellation made between 30 Days – 15 Days before departure date.
• The is a 75% deduction in tour fare charge if your cancellation made between 15 Days – 10 Days before departure date.
• The is a 100% deduction in tour fare charge if your cancellation made less than 10 Days before departure date.

For Refunds:

If your refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within specific days.

Late Or Missing Refunds:

• You should verify your bank account first if you have not yet received a refund.
• Then, contact the credit card department; it may require some time before your refund is formally posted.
• Please then reach out to your bank for assistance.
• Please reach out to us at support@jyotirlingatour.com if you have not yet received your refund after completing all of the requested steps.
